GENERAL CONFERENCE

IEEE Globecom 2004 consists of various symposia. However, there are 20 technical committees within the Communications Society and there are possibly some areas that cannot be covered by the proposed symposia listed above. Consequently, the general symposium is created to cover all those subjects not uncovered by the above proposed symposia

In that case, please also identify an appropriate technical committee that your paper shall be associated with. The review of your submission(s) will then be handled by that technical committee. The technical committees are listed as follows:
